Dynamic Tag Input

Build a dynamic tag input where typing a tag and pressing Enter appends it as a removable chip.

The user types a tag and presses Enter to add it. Each tag appears as a chip with an X button to remove it.

Implement the add-on-Enter behavior and the remove-on-X logic. Prevent empty or duplicate tags.

Clear the input after adding.

Test adding and removing tags.
