Numeric steppers are used everywhere — quantity selectors in shopping carts, age inputs in forms, and ticket number pickers. In this challenge, you will build a Numeric Input Stepper with an input field and two buttons to increment and decrement the value.
The stepper must start at 0, allow increasing up to 10, and decreasing back to 0. When the value hits 0, the decrement button should disable. When it hits 10, the increment button should disable. Users can also type directly into the input field.
